Theatre!
Something is coming to LampLight Theatre! A family fun Barn
Dance. Saturday, September 19, 2009, Lamplight Theatre will present this family
fun filled night. Professional caller Chrissy Davis Camp of Nashville, TN will
be on hand to call the dances for this event. Chrissy who resides in
Nashville, TN has been calling dances for more than 23 years. She is widely
known in the Nashville, TN area where she calls for several well known music
singers. Chrissy grew up in rural East Tennessee where her father was
the director of Sunset Gap Community Center. She attended monthly potluck
suppers & contra dances there starting at about age 7 or 8. It was there
she grew to love the music and dances of the mountains.
If
you have never been to a Barn Dance you are in for a treat! There will be
dancing, food, fellowship, and fun for the entire family.
Admission
is only $5 per person. This is fun for the entire family. Join us for a night
of dancing, good food, and fun as LampLight Theatre presents this 1st
annual Barn Dance.
Beginners are welcome and partners are not required. For more
