Winter Blast, Tri-Cities youth event of the year is coming December 29, 2009! Hosted by Vision Productions, Inc., Billy Wayne Ministries, Winter Blast is a one night winter celebration for high school and college students.  Come hear a targeted message, participate in praise & worship, and enjoy the Late Nite College Coffee House.  Everything gears up at 7:00pm and we will wrap up around 10:00pm.
